Condensate drain pipe inspection & cleanout
This service is done to unclog the condensate drain pipe which runs from the evaporator coil to the outside of the building. Having this clogged could result in mold and mildew building up in the furnace/unit cavity, could damage various structures or even cause mold in attics or crawl spaces, etc.
Coil repair
A lot of units have damaged fins. Repairing these fins will restore efficiency.
Condenser / Evaporator coil cleaning
One of the best things that can be done for a system is to have these coils cleaned professionally.
Pressure testing
Low freon can cause havoc in units. Freon can be checked and if low, can be charged.
Leak testing
This can be done with liquid lines that traverse from the condenser coil unit to the evaporator coil unit. If there are leaks, this can cause low freon, etc. and will be a constant nuisance.
Capacitor replacement
A lot of capacitors are past their lift expectancy and need to be replaced.
